Our services include the overall management of residential accommodation and, where required, advice and assistance on the letting and rental assessment of property suitable for residential letting. Our service also includes the routine maintenance and repair of accommodation, including refuse collection and cleaning of the common areas.
    
We have a number of repair/emergency staff who are available at short notice to attend to any problems which may arise.
    
Our services include the preparation and furnishing of monthly accounts to each landlord with a breakdown of all rents collected and fully itemised expenses with original receipts.
    
 We offer very competitive rates which are all inclusive of management, refuse collection, cleaning.
    
As we are NOT a Letting Agency, our unique service can be utilised to suit your requirements and this will enable you to have an accurate reflection of all expenses which may be incurred in relation to the management of you accommodation.
    
We will facilitate the re-letting of your accommodation by agreeing to show the property on your behalf and YOU the Landlord will be the final arbiter on the choice of tenant. All deposits are entrusted to the Landlord upon receipt for the duration of the tenancy. Our Listing page will enable potential tenants to view any vacant accommodation which we manage that is coming available for re-letting in the near-future. We offer this service free to all Landlords who have property entrusted to us for full management.
